At KAYTEE STUDIOS, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Physical Books

If your printed book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.

If your claim is approved, we will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Digital Products (eBooks & Audiobooks)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or downloaded.

However, if:

  • You receive the wrong product,

  • Your file is corrupted or inaccessible, or

  • You experience a technical issue that we are unable to resolve,

please contact us and we’ll gladly assist. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
