We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners. KAYTEE STUDIOS does not store your payment card details.
4. Order Acceptance
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:
A product is unavailable.
There has been a pricing error.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Where payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Physical products are shipped within South Africa.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary depending on your location and the courier.

6. Digital Products
eBooks and audiobooks are supplied electronically after payment has been successfully processed.
Digital products are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, resold or made available to others without the prior written permission of KAYTEE STUDIOS.

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All content available on this website, including books, illustrations, artwork, text, logos, graphics, audio recordings and other creative works, is the intellectual property of KAYTEE STUDIOS or its licensors and is protected under South African copyright and intellectual property laws.
